What’s the difference between this gym and other ones?
The difference between this gym and other ones are that we are also a restaurant. Other gym give you machines to use while you are working and let you go home. To getting a better body not only do you have to work out you also have to provide your body with the proper nutrients. Most gym do not even give you the options of having a trainer that is willing to workout with you for the whole time you are there. We provide this because we have noticed that many people do not feel comfortable at the gym unless they know they are doing the exercises properly.
Do you guys have a Fitness Plan?
We in fact do have a fitness plan. The first day you come in the gym after you are done with getting a membership. We ask you the two main body parts that you want to focus on. We also ask what type of body you are trying to get lean, muscular, etc. Then after that we provide you with a calendar on what you should eat and what workout you should do. The calendar may change depending on how you are feeling.
Will Protein shakes help me develop muscles faster?
Protein shakes do in fact help develop muscles results may vary depending on how your body reacts to the protein shakes. It is best to drink a protein shake right after your workout. While foods take time to digest. Shakes are able to be digested in a few minutes and send the protein straight to the muscles.
Why does my body feel sore after a workout?
Soreness after a workout is great. It may hurt but it is great. Soreness after a workout mean you muscles are tearing apart and when they come back together the muscles just got bigger and stronger. With gaining muscles and workout you have to stretch throughout the day to ensure you do not pull or strain anything.
Should I workout at home and at the gym?
This all depends on you feel and the goal you are trying to reach. If you feel, as your body needs it there is nothing wrong with doing some basic workout like pushups or crunches. If you cannot make the gym a day doing some basic workout will keep your body strong.

The best foods to eat before a workout is something light but something that will still give you energy. Something good such as a banana or nuts. Eating foods that are heavy will hurt your workout by making you fatigue.
